We are happy to provide our tenants access to their units 24/7, 365 days a year.

Am I required to store long-term?

We allow all of our tenants to rent month-to-month for maximum flexibility of your contract terms. But if you would like to know our special rates for long term renters, please use our contact form.

How do I pay my storage bill?

As we migrate to a contactless facility, we offer many payment options including automatic bill payment as well as a payment portal online to pay rent on time each month. We'll also send you reminders to help prevent you from accruing late fees due to a forgotten payment.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?
